These terms and conditions regulate the use of the services offered by:

2. Services

Òrbita Events offers DJ, lighting, special effects, theming and technical production services for events such as weddings, private parties, corporate events and celebrations.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1 Reservation Process

  • Custom quote request
  • Acceptance of the budget by the client
  • Payment of the deposit to confirm the reservation
  • Signing of the service contract

3.2 Payment Conditions

  • Sign: 30% of the total to confirm the reservation
  • Rest: Remaining 70%, 7 days before the event
  • Methods: Bank transfer, Bizum, cash

4. Cancellations

  • More than 60 days before: 100% deposit refund
  • Between 30-60 days: 50% deposit refund
  • Less than 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation by the provider: 100% refund of all payments received

5. Obligations of the Client

  • Provide accurate information about the event
  • Guarantee access to the event location for assembly
  • Have adequate electrical supply
  • Inform of any changes in advance
  • Comply with agreed payments

6. Obligations of Òrbita Events

  • Provide the contracted services with professionalism
  • Have technical equipment in perfect condition
  • Have backup equipment
  • Comply with agreed schedules
  • Have civil liability insurance

7. Limitation of Liability

Òrbita Events will not be responsible for:

  • Power outages beyond our control
  • Damage caused by adverse weather conditions
  • Incidents caused by third parties
  • Force majeure events

8. Intellectual Property

The photographs and videos taken during the events may be used by Òrbita Events for promotional purposes, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the client.

9. Conflict Resolution

For any controversy arising from these terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granollers, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
