What the complete service includes
- Professional sound sized for the venue2x EV ETX 2000W and a Pioneer DDJ REV7. It is the rig we always bring: it covers a medium room without distorting or making you shout to talk.
- Ambient lightingLED multi-effects and spotlights. They give colour and movement to the floor; it is not a light show, it is the room no longer looking like a lit dining hall.
- Smoke machineA pass of smoke at the moments that call for it. It makes the light beams visible in the air instead of getting lost.
- Set-up and take-down includedWe arrive early, leave it tested and pack everything up afterwards. Neither you nor the venue has to touch a thing.

How do we plan the music for a Christmas dinner?
Tell us the restaurant or venue, date, guest count and whether there will be a welcome, speeches, dinner and dancing. We use this to specify the DJ hours and equipment. Availability and terms are confirmed with the proposal; an enquiry does not reserve the date.

Yes. Musical Bingo is a catalogue activity you can request for a Christmas dinner, team gathering or company anniversary. It has its own proposal and is listed separately from the DJ. Check its format and duration to fit it into your schedule.
Explore Musical BingoWhat should we coordinate with the restaurant or venue?
Loading access, setup time, equipment space, power supply and the music curfew. If you also want decoration or effects, these need to be specified in the proposal. This service covers the chosen music and technical elements; catering and venue hire are not assumed to be included.
